Topnotch was founded by Janosh Verdonck and operates in and around Antwerp. We deliver camper conversions, boat renovations and general renovation work, with the same focus: correct execution, neat finishing and clear agreements.
Topnotch is a versatile company specialized in custom projects. We deliver high-end solutions where quality is not only visible in the finish, but also reflected in our communication, planning and flexibility.

Electrical work
Installations, extensions and repairs for homes, boats and custom projects. I deliver inspection-ready installations, including insulation measurements, single-line and layout diagrams for certification. Upgrading from single-phase to three-phase, adapting distribution boards and technical connections are also possible.
Painting
Painting walls, ceilings, doors and cabinets, with a strong focus on preparation and finishing. Everything is carefully covered and protected; imperfections are filled and smoothed, so the paintwork remains durable and neat. I stand for a clean worksite and a topnotch finish down to the details.
Home renovation
General renovations, from facade and roof insulation (warm side) to complete interior finishing. I also handle full bathroom renovations from demolition to final installation. Thanks to a trusted network of plumbers, plasterers and tilers, I can offer total solutions with one point of contact and clear agreements.
Technical projects
Technical custom projects and on-site solutions, for both private clients and businesses. Support and execution on industrial sites, domestically and abroad, with a focus on reliability, safety and practical delivery.
Boat projects
Total renovations of houseboats and smaller vessels. From carpentry and insulation to complete electrical installations with correct separation of systems, water supply and heating. Installation of diesel heaters, boilers and central heating, technical upgrades and underwater hull treatment, including welding work.
Campervans
Custom conversions and interiors, with a focus on practical use, aesthetics and technical correctness. From full installations to simple, compact solutions without unnecessary options. Together we look at needs, possibilities and the available budget—always aiming for smart, practical solutions that remain feasible.
